Run a full project in Ruvio, start to finish

Seven steps, about fifteen minutes. Works on any phone browser — no download required. Share this page with anyone you want running a trial job.

1. 1

   Open Ruvio on your phone

   Go to ruviotech.com in Safari or Chrome. Tap Open app. On iPhone tap Share → Add to Home Screen (Android: menu → Install app) so it opens full screen like a normal app.

   Get in — account or demo

   Tap Sign in to create an account with email or Google, then enter your name and company on the setup screen. Just looking around? Tap Explore demo mode — no account. Demo work is not saved to the cloud.

3. 3

   Start the job

   On the dashboard, fill in the job details: client name, property address, claim number, date of loss, and carrier. The 5-digit ZIP in the address is what drives local building-code upgrades later.

   Photograph and inspect

   Go to Photos. Pick the inspection mode — Full scan, Insurance, Repair, or Retail — then tap Add photos and shoot or upload. Ruvio grades each photo for storm damage, aging, wear, and workmanship, and tells you whether it is insurable.

   Add measurements

   Have an EagleView or similar PDF? Open EagleView and upload it — squares, pitch, ridge, hip, valley, eave, and rake are read automatically. No report? Open Slope and type the numbers in by hand.

   Write the scope

   Open Estimate or Report. Choose the work type (Insurance, Repair, Retail, New construction) and the platform (Xactimate or Symbility). Turn on Supplement for a re-inspection. Tap the scope button and Ruvio writes coded line items, a narrative, ZIP-based code upgrades, and supplement opportunities.

7. 7

   Price it and send it

   In Estimate, set square footage, roof system, pitch, tear-off, decking, gutters, skylights, and markup to get a live total. Tap Save to store it, then generate a homeowner proposal. Use Insurance for the carrier forms and Report for the final packet to print or share as a PDF.
